Is this the best Joop Homme reformulation there has been so far? No, it's Neroli Nasimba. It really smells almost 1:1 like the original. Yet, it's only mandarin orange, orange blossom, and vetiver that both fragrances have in common. Unlike the original Joop Homme, however, the twist is missing here. There is no honey, cinnamon, tobacco, or heliotrope. In addition, there is the leather base that is typical of many Crivellis.

One of the few fragrances on the market that contains exclusively notes that I really like. An addictive composition of resinous, creamy vanilla built on a delicious gourmand base. Smells like freshly applied lotion and reminds me of summer, sun, beach, and sunscreen. Absolutely suitable for summer. Projects a bit weakly (not tragic) and the bottle is (unfortunately) hideous.

A citrusy, fresh aromatic shower gel. A "pleaser" for young boys who want to smell fresh out of the shower. Lavender heart note and a herbal-sweet base without perceptible woods. After the dry down, it unfortunately only smells like old man soap. I still like it, but it doesn't blow me away.

Floral hibiscus rose. Leather hardly noticeable. Very feminine.

After the famous gold bar (1 Million Parfum) for men, another tuberose fragrance by Quentin Bisch. A slightly cinnamon-like, doughy, bubblegum-like interpretation of tuberose, which becomes softer, creamier, and a bit more leathery after the dry down. Sensual and seductive.

Sweet fruity cinnamon-patchouli leather fragrance, reminiscent of L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme Noir Ambré. Agarwood is not perceptible. Very sensual and absolutely addictive.
