Ambre Papier

Creamy spicy warm start, citrus hints with a slightly clove-like pimento touch. Well-dosed saffron, goes well with pimento, flowery jasmine takes over. Tonka bean and vetiver, with a tea-like note, form the finish. Overall not overdosed and rather well-balanced. Nothing exciting, but a nice companion for the day.

Ambre Papier was for me one of those rare fragrances that didn't immediately convince me with beauty, but rather with character. During the first test, I was primarily fascinated by how modern, dry, and structured it feels. To me, it has nothing of the heavy, oriental amber sweetness that I often find difficult. Instead, it feels clean, mineral, spicy, and almost a bit intellectual. It develops over hours and remains exciting without ever becoming loud. The more often I wear it, the more I discover new facets. Sometimes it feels dry and elegant, sometimes almost paper-like, then again warm and surprisingly deep. Precisely this development makes it so special to me. Ambre Papier is not a fragrance that wants to please everyone. It is a fragrance for people who appreciate character, structure, and a unique signature.
